Forget the usual fast food restaurants, a new Greek deli has opened on Shoreham Street.

Proud owner, Kosta, who began his career working on a burger van, has lived in Sheffield for the past 11 years.

“My wife and children are so pleased with what I have created”.

Since opening the deli last month, Kosta said “business has been fantastic, it’s like rolling on roller skates”.

So why Sheffield? “It’s an ideal city full of students and a Greek deli offers people something exciting, something they may never have tried before” said Kosta.

Twenty year old Sheffield Hallam student Polly Astill said “I’m so glad a Greek deli has opened right near my house. Kosta always makes customers feel welcome and special and the food is absolutely phenomenal and it’s great value for money”.
